Our women’s only boot camp is a great way to
get in shape while having fun. Don’t be intimidated
by the name, the Lynnfield Women’s Boot Camp is
designed for all fitness levels. Our four–week fitness
program
offers a safe, effective total body workout.
One day we might be doing a cardiovascular workout
and strength training, the next day we might be doing partner exercises, athletic drills and body weight exercises. By varying your workout, you will see results faster and you’ll never be bored.
